Return & Refund Policy

We take great care in designing and producing each wedding invitation set to ensure it meets your expectations. Since our products are custom-made and personalized, please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the design has been approved and printing has started.

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the concern promptly.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Your order has not yet entered the production stage, and you wish to cancel.

    Note: Design work that has already been completed will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • You received a defective or incorrect order due to our error (e.g., wrong quantity, wrong layout approved by us).

Non-refundable circumstances include:

  • Change of mind after layout approval

  • Delays due to late client feedback or revisions

  • Errors present in the approved layout (please review carefully before final sign-off)

  • Minor color or material variations (these may occur due to printing and stock availability)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a full refund.

  • After this period, a partial refund may be considered based on work already done (e.g., layout design).

  • Once your layout is approved and production has started, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
